
Here are the steps to install the Xolo Q700i ROM on Xolo Q700:
Before we start you'll need to download the Xolo Q700i ROM and the Flash Tool from the following link:
http://www.needrom.com/mobile/xolo-q700i/
You'll also need the ADB drivers installed. You can get it from:
http://adbdriver.com/
1) Run the flash tool.
2) Select a the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
3) Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
4) Check DA DL All With Check Sum
5) Turn off your phone, remove the battery, SIM and SD Card.
6) Click Firmware -> Upgrade
7) Press and hold the Volume Up key and then connect the USB (without the battery inserted). You'll hear a sound from the PC. Release the Volume key.
8) The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
9) When you see a Green Circle with a White background it means the installation is complete.
10) Unplug the phone and restart it after inserting the SIM card, SD Card and the battery.
Now u can move apps to sd in q700.
If anyone is facing issues with it, make sure before connecting the phone to the USB press and hold the Volume Up key, connect the USB and then release the button. On the Flash Tool click on Firmware – Upgrade.

How much can it take times ?
Hi, thanks for the simplified guide. However, I had ADB drivers installed previously & couldn't get the job done. I was stuck on step 8. It won't go past the Red progress bar.
Then I installed VCOM drivers after referring to other posts. Then the above process worked flawlessly!
Please update this great guide (replace ADB with VCOM drivers).
